Program & Eligibility

I am already at the MVP/growth stage. Am I too advanced for the accelerator?

If you have an MVP but haven't secured institutional seed funding or built a highly repeatable sales engine, you are exactly where you need to be. The 16-Week Flagship Accelerator isn't about teaching you how to code; it's about taking your raw traction and structuring it into a venture-backed company.

Can I skip to Month 3 or take the program for less time if I already have an MVP?

No. We do not skip steps. Month 3 is focused on building your data room and pitching investors. We absolutely will not put you in front of our 8,500+ investor network if we haven't spent Months 1 and 2 ruthlessly auditing your unit economics, retention, and go-to-market strategy. You have to survive the audit to unlock the network.

Do I have to relocate or attend anything in person?

No. Freshmango is a 100% remote-first execution engine. We care about your product velocity, not your physical location. However, if you need a physical base, our exclusive partnership with Workland gives you discounted access to premium coworking hubs across the Baltics.

Can I change my program later?

Yes. If you apply for the 16-Week Flagship but our audit reveals that your market isn't actually validated yet, we will down-shift you to the 8-Week Pre-accelerator. We will not let you waste time scaling a broken foundation.

What happens if I start the program but run out of cash? Does it stop?

Our curriculum is designed to prevent this by forcing you to fix your pricing and generate revenue early. In Month 3, we also actively help you apply for EU grants (like EIC or Horizon) to secure non-dilutive runway. If you do hit absolute zero, you maintain access to the Freshmango OS software, but you must hit your traction milestones to unlock the investor introductions.

Pricing & Equity

Are you open to taking equity instead of cash? I can’t afford high upfront fees.

We do not operate like a traditional accelerator that takes 7% of your company for $100k on day one. We charge flat Success Fees (€15,000 to €30,000 depending on the tier). You do not pay this out of pocket; you bake it into your fundraising "Use of Funds."

So I can pay the participation fee after I fundraise?

Exactly. You pay a small, transparent platform fee to access the OS software infrastructure, but the core success fee is paid only after the capital successfully hits your bank account. We align our success with yours.

Are there any hidden fees?

Zero. What you see on our pricing page is exactly what you pay. There are no surprise legal fees, back-end percentage cuts, or hidden retainer costs.

What payment methods do you accept?

For the initial platform fee, we accept all major credit cards via Stripe, as well as standard wire transfers for international startups.

How do you ensure quality assurance for your mentors and services?

We audit our mentors exactly like we audit our startups: ruthlessly. If a mentor provides "fluff" advice, theoretical nonsense, or fails to deliver actionable execution steps, they are removed from the OS. We track your startup's velocity week-over-week to ensure our guidance is actually moving the needle.

How do I contact customer support if something breaks?
