Program roadmap
Month 1: The Blueprint (Fixing the Foundation)
You have a product, but does anyone actually care? This month is about tearing down your assumptions, finding your exact target customer, and setting up the tracking to prove you are right.
- Week 1: Tear Down Your MVP. We look at what you built. We strip away the useless features and force you to define the one massive problem you actually solve. If you cannot explain why you are better than the competition in one sentence, we rewrite your story today.
- Week 2: Talk to Strangers. Stop asking your friends if your app is good. You will get out of the building and do raw interviews with real potential customers. You will learn the exact words they use to describe their pain, and we update your website to match it.
- Week 3: How Will You Make Money? We map out your basic unit economics. How much does it cost to make your product, and how much will people pay for it? We make sure your business model actually makes sense before you spend money on ads.
- Week 4: Set Your North Star. You cannot grow what you do not measure. We help you pick the one metric that matters most right now (like active daily users or monthly revenue) and set up the tracking software to watch it.
Month 2: The Traction Engine (Getting Real Users)
No more theory. This month is about getting people to use your product, finding out where they get stuck, and making them pay.
- Week 5: Stop Working for Free. It is time to test your pricing. You will put a price tag on your product and force your early users to make a choice. We find out exactly what people are willing to pay for.
- Week 6: The Outbound Hustle. You will build a system to find customers. If you sell to businesses, we help you write cold emails that actually get replies. If you sell to consumers, we find the cheapest places to run ads or build community loops.
- Week 7: Fix the Leaky Bucket. People are visiting your site, but why are they leaving? We look at your tracking data to find the exact moment users get confused or bored, and we fix that part of your app immediately.
- Week 8: The Reality Check. We look at the hard numbers from your first month of sales and marketing. We kill the ideas that are wasting your time, double down on what works, and lock in your strategy for the rest of the program.
Month 3: The Narrative & The Paperwork (Preparing for Capital)
You have traction. Now we translate that traction into the exact language, numbers, and documents that investors and governments need to see.
- Week 9: Write the Pitch Deck. You know what you are building; now you have to explain it. We cut the fluff out of your slides and build a short, powerful presentation that explains the problem, your traction, and exactly why an investor will make money backing you.
- Week 10: The 5-Year Plan & Ownership. Investors invest in math, not just ideas. You will build a clear spreadsheet showing your revenue and burn rate for the next 5 years. We also clean up your "Cap Table" so investors know exactly who owns what percentage of the company.
- Week 11: Build Your Data Room. VCs will ask for proof before they write a check. You will put all your legal papers, tech architecture, and business numbers into one organized, secure digital folder inside the Freshmango OS.
- Week 12: Free EU Money (Grants). Before you give away equity, we look for free money. We help you find and start drafting applications for EU funding (like EIC or Horizon). This is cash you do not have to give back, which extends your runway.
Month 4: The Capital Sprint (Pitching & Closing)
Your documents are locked. This month is about getting in front of people with money, handling their tough questions, and closing the round.
- Week 13: Mock Pitches & Tough Questions. You step into the hot seat. You practice pitching to our mentors who act like aggressive investors. We grill you on your numbers and your team so you do not freeze up or get defensive during the real meetings.
- Week 14: The Outreach Hustle. You do not just wait for us to do the work. We teach you how to use the Freshmango Investor CRM. You will actively filter through our database of 8,500+ investors, build a highly targeted list of VCs, and start sending direct outbound messages.
- Week 15: Warm Introductions. Alongside your own outreach, we step in. Once you have proven you are ready, the Freshmango team opens our personal networks and sends 3 to 5 guaranteed warm email introductions to Lead VCs on your behalf.
- Week 16: Pitch the Syndicate. The final test. You present your business directly to the Freshmango Angel Syndicate. If you survive the questions, prove your traction, and show a clear path to scale, you secure your first bridge round check.

Application process
We run the Remote Accelerator as an individual program which means no deadlines, no group sessions. If accepted, teams pay an admission fee of €2.400+VAT and solo founders pay €2.000+VAT.

If you don't raise, you cover only the admission fee, no further payments required.
The Process:
- Submit your current metrics, deck, and team background via our OS platform.
- A 20-minute interview with our team to review your traction.
- If accepted, you sign the agreement, choose a lead mentor and prepare for Week 1.
